We have twisted up the traditional Mediterranean; prosciutto and mozzarella flavour, popped it into our Piadina. A perfect lunchtime option for one or for a group. A recipe with three ingredients and tastes delicious and fresh, sounds good to us!
METHOD:
Heat the sandwich press
Cover the inside of the Piadina with a small amount of tomato paste
Fill with prosciutto, spinach and bocconcini
Toast in the sandwich press till browned on the outside of the Piadina
