Classic Letizza Margherita
Our Classic Margherita Pizza
You can’t beat an Italian classic, Margherita! Make sure you use fresh basil and bocconcini or mozzarella to perfect this pizza topping!
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C
Spread the LETIZZA base with tomato paste, if you don’t have the sachet with your base, use 2 tablespoons of your favourite tomato pizza base sauce.
Sprinkle over the base some cheese, making sure you take the cheese to the edge of the pizza
Place thinly sliced tomatos on the bottom of the base
Place thinly sliced bocconcini on top of the tomato
Cook for 7 -10 minutes or until the base is crisp
Pull out cool for 2 mins, place fresh basil on the top of the base
Your pizza is ready to serve!
